Feb. 17th, 2011 05:01 amI seem to recall doing this before, but I keep wanting to write a real post and not getting around to it, so I don't post about the funny little things the kids do, and then I forget. So once again, I'm going to try to do better about posting funny little things for my own memory, even if it's not particularly interesting to the rest of the world.
At any rate, when I went to get Enoch up from his nap today, he pointed at the Care Bears on his bed and told me, "That Oopsy Bear. That Share Bear." This Share Bear happens to be of the new style, with the crossed lollipops for her symbol rather than the shake with two straws she originally had in the 80's. He then points to those lollipops and declares, "That scissors." I had to laugh, because once he said that, I too could see the scissors.

Date: 2011-02-17 01:42 pm (UTC)I remember an old catalog my mother might even now still be getting. It had funny t-shirts in it like "You don't know me--federal witness protection agency" and so on. It had two shirts: "runs with scissors" and "plays well with others". I decided that there were two kinds of people and I was the scissors type.
And that just makes your story so much more amusing to me. >:)
